Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku\, a certified forest bathing guide will lead you through a series of sensory-based invitations designed to relax\, restore\, and deepen your relationship with the natural world. \nSpecial for this session: Reverand Jennifer Miller PhD from Serenity Now Global will be concluding our walk with a 30min sound bath.  A sound bath session can lead to reduced anxiety levels\, tension\, and improve mood as well as diminished pain.  \nFor ages 18+ \nFee: $35 per person (includes parking); $25 for Friends of Wehr members \nOnline registration is required two days before the program

Led by Reverend Jenny Miller PhD\, participants move with slow\, deliberate steps\, coordinated breath\, and relaxed posture—often described as “meditation in motion.” This accessible practice supports balance\, joint mobility\, and overall strength while promoting relaxation\, focus\, and emotional well-being. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels\, Tai Chi Walking can be enjoyed anywhere\, especially outdoors\, offering a simple yet powerful way to feel more grounded\, calm\, and connected. \nThe hike is free for participants. Parking is $5 per car; free for Friends of Wehr Members \nNo RSVP needed. Meet outside the Visitor Center. Weather permitting.
