Tai Chi Walking

Tai Chi Walking is a gentle, mindful practice that combines the flowing principles of Tai Chi with natural walking. Led by Reverend Jenny Miller PhD, participants move with slow, deliberate steps, coordinated breath, and relaxed posture—often described as “meditation in motion.” This accessible practice supports balance, joint mobility, and overall strength while promoting relaxation, focus, and emotional well-being. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels, Tai Chi Walking can be enjoyed anywhere, especially outdoors, offering a simple yet powerful way to feel more grounded, calm, and connected.

The hike is free for participants. Parking is $5 per car; free for Friends of Wehr Members

No RSVP needed. Meet outside the Visitor Center. Weather permitting.
